New Glil Yam is a new neighbourhood where construction began in 2014. The neighbourhood is expected to include between 3,000-4,000 housing units. The neighbourhood is located in the south-western part of Herzliya. Borders – Rav Kook in the north, Ayalon in the west, the kibbutz in the south and Neve Yisrael neighbourhood in the east.
