Yaniv Edri
CEO and OwnerFounder and owner, Leaders Group I have lived in Herzliya since childhood and have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. In 2014, I founded **Leaders** to create a local real estate agency with deep knowledge of the area, operating to high standards of professionalism, marketing, technology and personal service. Today, the group operates in 3 main areas: **brokerage and marketing of second-hand properties, marketing of new developments, and advising property owners on urban renewal.** I believe in the connection between **real estate, people and technology**. Digital systems, automation and AI allow us to work more accurately and effectively — but they never replace human connection. My background includes legal studies in real estate, a brokerage licence and training in negotiation. Ultimately, the most important metric for me is simple: **that our clients choose us again and feel confident recommending us to others.**
