What is the process?
After the initial AI valuation, and where possible, we visit the property briefly to see what the AI cannot fully assess — the standard of renovation, the layout, the view, how quiet it is and other features that affect the value. Within 48 hours we meet again to go through a comprehensive report we have prepared for you: the property documents, deals closed nearby, competing properties and an in-depth analysis of the value. At the end you receive the full booklet to keep.
What happens after I receive the valuation?
