Herzliya HaTzeira Neighbourhood boundaries: From Ben Gurion in the west to Ramat HaSharon in the south. The northern boundary of the neighbourhood is bordered by Arlozorov Street and Ta'as to the east. Neighbourhood characteristics: The neighbourhood features many detached houses, mostly on 250 sqm plots, and a few apartment buildings on Einav Street, 'Ganei Herzliya', and terraced buildings on Bilu, Pines, and Warburg with only 3 apartments per building. Education: The 'Lev Tov' school is a draw for families, as is the 'Ze'ev' middle school. The neighbourhood has absorbed several sub-neighbourhoods and housing estates such as Shikun Darom and Shikun Gordon. Although these are old block buildings, their zoning for the 'Lev Tov' school makes them highly sought after by young couples and investors. Some of the estates are undergoing Pinui Binui (urban renewal) processes, which has increased apartment prices in these blocks. There are several projects from the late 90s, such as 'Ganei Herzliya', built about 25 years ago. The project's unique feature is the green boulevard in its centre, with kindergartens and a park for residents. There is a diverse mix of apartments in the project, ranging from 4-room apartments without a balcony to luxury penthouses and duplexes. New builds can be found on Einav Street and in the 'Muma' project on Ben Gurion.
