Herzliya HaTzeira Neighbourhood boundaries: From Ben Gurion in the west to Ramat HaSharon in the south. The northern boundary of the neighbourhood is bordered by Arlozorov Street and Ta'as to the east. Neighbourhood characteristics: The neighbourhood features many detached houses, mostly on 250 sqm plots, and a few apartment buildings on Einav Street, 'Ganei Herzliya', and terraced buildings on Bilu, Pines, and Warburg with only 3 apartments per building. Education: The 'Lev Tov' school is a draw for families, as is the 'Ze'ev' middle school. The neighbourhood has absorbed several sub-neighbourhoods and housing estates such as Shikun Darom and Shikun Gordon.
