The neighbourhood with the highest demand in Herzliya
Due to accelerated construction in the western part of the neighbourhood, we divide it into 3 sections. The newer section is Western Herzliya HaYaroka, and the older section is divided by some into two: the eastern part (from Hadar Street eastwards) and the more central part (from Hadar to Bnei Binyamin/Malkei Yehuda). Western Herzliya HaYaroka
The westernmost part of the neighbourhood features new buildings throughout. This, along with its proximity to Herzliya Park, the Sportek, and the exit from the city, has made this the most expensive neighbourhood in Herzliya.
The property mix consists mainly of 4-room and 5-room apartments, penthouses, and garden apartments. Excellent accessibility out of the city. The neighbourhood has several shopping centres, such as Fresh Market on HaNadiv Street and Alterman Street.
Classic Herzliya HaYaroka (central and eastern) is characterised more by high-density building. Many urban renewal projects can be seen, namely Tama 38 (seismic-retrofit scheme), across the neighbourhood, for example at 40 Leib Yaffe, 49-51 Leib Yaffe, Yigal Allon Street with numerous projects, HaPalmach Street, and more...
Transport: Good accessibility to the city exits; each area is within walking distance of the city centre and community services.
Education: Primary schools "HaNadiv", "Navon", "Yohanani", "Brenner", and "Allon"
