One of the most sought-after neighbourhoods today due to its proximity to the prestigious Glil Yam neighbourhood and Ramat HaSharon. Property prices in the neighbourhood are on a significant upward trend, with further substantial price increases expected. Borders: Located in the south of the city, Ben Gurion to the east, the Ramat HaSharon border to the south, HaRav Kook Street to the north, and Kibbutz Glil Yam to the west. Character: This neighbourhood is characterised by old and new detached houses, blocks with multiple small flats, and numerous terraced apartment blocks. Education: Ben Zvi primary school. A number of buildings constructed on the outskirts of the neighbourhood, such as the Bar Kochba Towers, attract families and older couples, as does the Ganei Panorama project, accessed via Ben Gurion Street to Hannah Szenes Street, forming an enclave within Neve Yisrael. Two buildings have undergone urban renewal under Tama 38/1 (seismic-retrofit scheme) at 5 and 7 Har Meron Street. One project has already begun demolition and construction on Bar Kochba Street by the ICR company.
