I am Ilay Atiya, and I believe that real estate is first and foremost about people, and only then about properties and numbers. It is important to me to truly know the person opposite me, to understand what matters to them, and to ensure they feel heard and that their interests are protected. I bring a drive to succeed, creative thinking, attention to detail, and above all, a great deal of care and responsibility. I do not believe in pressuring people to close a deal, but rather in building trust that leads to the right decision for them. My goal is for every client to feel they have gained not just a professional, but someone who was there for them throughout the process. Ultimately, for me, the transaction is not the end — it is the foundation for a relationship that continues afterwards.
